Nakhoun National Primary School (โรงเรียนบ้านนาคูณ)

โรงเรียนบ้านนาคูณเป็นโรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในเมืองวังเวียง แขวงเวียงจันทน์ ในประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โรงเรียนแห่งนี้เดิมทีมีนักเรียนร้อยกว่าคน แต่ด้วยเหตุที่จำนวนครูที่ทำการสอนมีไม่เพียงพอเนื่องจากขาดงบประมาณและขาดทุนทรัพย์ จึงเหลือคุณครูเพียงแค่สองคน และทางโรงเรียนจึงได้จัดเป็นสองคลาส ซึ่งคือคลาสประถม ๑-๓ จำนวนหนึ่งห้อง และคลาสประถม ๔-๕ จำนวนหนึ่งห้อง

ทางอาจารย์พิพัฒน์ได้เดินทางไปที่โรงเรียนแห่งนี้เมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2022 โดยพานักศึกษาไต้หวันไปบริจาคอุปกรณ์ เช่น เครื่องเขียนต่าง ๆ และทางโรงเรียนก็ได้ขอความช่วยเหลือในการสร้างห้องน้ำ อาจารย์พิพัฒน์จึงได้เปิดระดมทุนด้วยเหตุดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ยังให้ความช่วยเหลือในด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น ทุนการศึกษาให้แก่เด็กที่ยากจนและงบประมาณบางส่วนในการว่าจ้างครู

โดยปัจจุบันโรงเรียนแห่งนี้มีนักเรียนเหลือเพียง ๔๐ คน แต่เรามีความกังวลว่าถ้าหากไม่มีการช่วยเหลือที่เข้าถึงจะส่งผลให้โรงเรียนนี้อาจถูกยุบไปได้ เนื่องจากไม่มีงบประมาณที่จะว่าจ้างครู ดังนั้นเราจึงอยากจะเชิญชวนชาวต่างชาติทั่วโลกที่คิดว่าตนเองนั้นสามารถสละเวลาไปเป็นอาสาสมัคร ไปสอนภาษาให้กับเด็ก ๆ เหล่านี้ เพื่อทำให้พวกเขาได้รับความรู้ในการเรียนภาษาต่าง ๆ

โดยเมื่อต้นปี ค.ศ. 2025 ทางอาจารย์พิพัฒน์ก็ได้พานักศึกษาชาวไต้หวันจำนวน ๑๙ คนไปสอนภาษาจีนที่โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ ทำให้กรมการศึกษาของเมืองวังเวียงเริ่มให้ความสำคัญและได้ยืดระยะเวลาในการที่จะยุบโรงเรียนนี้ออกไป ในฐานะที่เป็นอาจารย์ที่สอนภาษาไทยในไต้หวันและเคยเรียนทางด้านการสอนภาษาจีนสำหรับชาวต่างประเทศมา จึงคิดว่าการเรียนภาษานั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ควรให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ภาษาจีนเท่านั้น ดังนั้นจึงอยากจะเชิญชวนชาวต่างชาติจากทั่วโลกที่เป็นผู้สนใจและอยากที่จะช่วยเหลือให้ความรู้แก่เด็ก ๆ โดยสามารถเข้ามาติดต่อกับทางเราได้.

Nakhoun National Primary School is a school located in Vang Vieng, Vientiane Province, in the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Originally, the school had over a hundred students. However, due to a shortage of teaching staff caused by limited budget and financial resources, the school was left with only two teachers. As a result, it was reorganized into two combined classes: one for Grades 1–3 and another for Grades 4–5.

In 2022, Phiphat professor visited the school and brought a group of Taiwanese students to donate supplies such as stationery. The school also requested assistance in building a toilet facility. In response, the professor began fundraising efforts such as scholarships for underprivileged children and some funding to hire teachers.

Currently, the school has around 40 students. However, there is concern that without sustained and accessible support, the school may face closure due to the inability to fund teacher salaries.

At the beginning of 2025, Phiphat professor once again brought a group of 19 Taiwanese students to teach Chinese at the school. This initiative prompted the Vang Vieng Department of Education to recognize the importance of the school and to postpone its potential closure. Therefore, we would like to invite people from around the world to volunteer their time to teach languages to these children. This would help provide them with access to multilingual education.

As a Thai language instructor in Taiwan with a background in language education, I believe that language learning is extremely important—not only Chinese, but other languages as well. That is why we are extending an invitation to individuals from around the world who are interested in contributing to the education of these children. 那坤國小(Nakhoun National Primary School) 位於寮國萬榮市，一開始有超過百名學生，然而，有限的預算和經濟來源導致師資缺乏，學校只剩下兩名教師，因此全校編班改制為兩班：一班為1-3年級，另一班則為4-5年級。

在2022年，張君松教授帶領一群台灣學生來到那坤國小提供文具等物資，同時得知學校也有廁所數量不足的問題，需要更多協助。教授開始努力為學校籌措資金，以提供弱勢學生獎學金就讀，也透過此舉幫助學校聘請更多師資。

目前，那坤國小有大約40位學生，然而，因為缺乏長久的支持，學校仍可能因為無力支付教師薪資而面臨倒閉。

2025年初，張君松教授又一次率領19位台灣學生前往那坤國小教中文，這次行動促使萬榮市教育局意識到這所學校的重要性，延遲關閉學校的計畫。因此我們想要邀請全世界的人為這群孩子擔任語言教學志工，這可以幫助他們擁有學習多國語言的資源。
